Frequently Asked Questions
I get asked questions by most of the couples I work with. Below are just a few of the more common ones. If you don't find the answer you are looking for, or would like further details, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Q - Do you have insurance?
A - Yes, I have PI and PL insurance so I am totaly covered in the event of a disaster.
Q - What equipment do you use?
A - Well, I use two different DSLR camera bodies (canon 7d & 5dmkiii) with a number of different lenses. This allows me to take a variety of shots without faffing about and changing lenses. It also means that if disaster struck, I would still be able to shoot with one camera.
Q - How far will you travel?
A - I am based in Leicestershire and happy to travel around the Midlands and north to mid Wales. I am however happy to travel to places further afield, although there may be some small additional travel costs involved.
Q - Can I print the photos myself once you send them to me?
A - You are welcome to print the photos and reproduce them for personal use as much as you like. I only ask that you don't edit them as any reduction in quality may reflect badly on myself.
Q - If we contact you, what happens next?
A - After initial contact, I will ring you up for a discussion as to what you are looking for. If I can be of service, I will book the date and take a small deposit. Closer to the wedding date itself, I like to meet couples in person to find out about the photos they are looking for and to get them used to being in front of the camera. The photos from that pre-wedding portrait shoot will be yours to keep.
